The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, supervision, and incidentals necessary to construct a memorial garden at the eastern portion of the VTA Guadalupe Campus to honor the victims of the May 2021 VTA Tragedy.&nbsp;The scope of work includes demolition and removal of asphalt pavement and base rock, installation of concrete pavement, concrete curbs, stabilized decomposed granite pavement, landscaping and the associated irrigation system, in addition to the installation of decorative rails, benches, and a wind harp. &nbsp;The Work will be conducted within an operating rail yard and adjacent to and within existing shop facilities.
