Description | The City of Lago Vista is requesting sealed proposals from qualified irrigation contractors for the repair , rehabilitation , and testing of the existing effluent irrigation system at the Cedar Breaks Effluent Disposal Area . Work under this contract will include , but is not limited to , inspection , troubleshooting , repair or replacement of damaged components , electrical diagnostics , valve and lateral line repairs , controller programming , and operational testing . The intent of this project is to restore full operational functionality of the irrigation system , ensuring proper water flow , valve performance , wiring integrity , communication between controllers and field components , and full operation of all irrigation heads on each line .
