Description | The removal of 22 geothermal source heat pumps , and associated components including capping and sealing of the well geothermal system and removal of an existing natural gas boiler . Installation of 3 boilers and 2 chillers which will be supplied by the owner . The work includes labor and materials to receive , install and make all connections for installation and final operations . Work description will include an add alternate for a heat recovery chiller , add alternate for replacement of a central controller module , and an add alternate for increased fin tube for 17 rooms . |
