I . II . Scope of Work ISOLATION ROOM TESTING , AIR BALANCING AND CERTIFICATION SERVICES INTRODUCTION This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform Isolation Room Testing , Air Balancing , and Certification Services . The Contractor will be compensated for the services in accordance with the rates specified on Exhibit B - 1 , Rate Sheet ; which shall include all labor , including travel and per diem , transportation , materials , tools , equipment , non - consumable supplies , and every other item of expense necessary to perform the services specified herein for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation ( CDCR ), California Health Care Facility ( CHCF ), located at 7707 South Austin Road , Stockton , California 95215 . CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES The Contractor shall perform services during normal business hours of 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM , Monday through Friday , excluding State holidays . The Contractor shall provide the requested services listed below on the dates specified by the State . The Contractor shall perform services within the timeframes specified herein . The State assumes no responsibility for any work commenced by the Contractor and will not reimburse the Contractor for any work performed prior to approval and scheduling by the Institution Contract Liaison or designee . A . ANNUAL INSPECTION , ADJUSTMENT & CERTIFICATION The Contractor shall perform all inspections and calibration services as specified herein and as necessary to maintain optimum level of efficiency for each isolation room . Services shall include , as applicable , but not limited to the following : Measure and document the existing airflow rates within each ante and negative pressure room ( 92 isolation rooms , 46 ante rooms ) Measure and document the existing room pressures within each ante and negative pressure room . • Calculate and document the room air change rates within each ante and negative pressure room . Make adjustments required to achieve proper airflow , room pressure , and air change rates within the project areas . Issue Associated Air Balance Council ( AABC ) certified report after project completion . The air balancing , and testing services shall be done in accordance with all applicable local , State , Federal , and healthcare industry guidelines and / or regulations . B . AIR BALANCING HOURLY SERVICES The Contractor shall provide unlimited services for air balancing as requested by the Institution Contract Liaison or designee , as necessary .
