Overview The City of Augusta is seeking a qualified partner to provide comprehensive IT Managed Services that ensure operational continuity , security , and scalability and are designed to manage and maintain the City of Augusta network in conjunction with in - house IT staff . Our environment includes multiple domains , hybrid cloud solutions , and municipal systems requiring proactive management and strategic oversight . The selected provider will act as a trusted partner , delivering managed services that integrate infrastructure , security , and governance to support the City ’ s mission and evolving technology needs . The provider is expected to work collaboratively within the City ’ s existing technology ecosystem , including internal staff and current vendors , to support shared responsibilities and maintain service continuity . Services to be available by July 1 2026 based on budgetary and on - boarding constraints . Proposals must address the following : Core Services : - 24x7 Monitoring & Management of network and server infrastructure . o Managed patching of Windows servers . o Onsite and remote support with defined SLAs . o Repair or replacement labor for network and server infrastructure impacted by a covered service incident . - Support of VEEAM backup and disaster recovery solutions . - Secure documentation vault for IT credentials and configurations . - Renewal tracking and procurement for relevant IT infrastructure manufacturer licensing , warranties , certificates and support contracts . - Monthly vulnerability scans . - Strategic consulting and project management for modernization initiatives . - Regular network administration to include : o Network health checks o Windows service pack updates
