Peterlee Town Council is seeking quotations for the provision of a fully managed IT support and Microsoft 365 service contract for a period of three years.The contract will include the following services:24 x IT Support for desktop and laptop workstations24 x Business Antivirus24 x Microsoft 365 Business Premium14 x Microsoft 365 Business Basic1 x Microsoft 365 Enterprise + Security E323 x Email signature management15 x Mobile Device Support15 x Mobile Device Security40 x Microsoft 365 BackupThe successful provider will be expected to deliver proactive IT support, cyber security management, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint security, backup management, and user support services for the Council's staff and operational facilities.Suppliers should demonstrate experience of supporting local authorities or public sector organisations and must be able to provide responsive support, cyber security best practice, and ongoing account management.The Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any quotation received.How to apply:Interested suppliers should submit:A quotation detailing annual and total contract costsDetails of the proposed support arrangements and response timesRelevant experience and referencesDetails of account management and escalation proceduresConfirmation of cyber security accreditations or standards heldSubmissions should be sent electronically to the Town Clerk at:ian.hall@peterlee.gov.ukClosing date for submissions:26th May 2026 17.00pm
