Description | The work anticipated will encompass the following tasks : Monitoring of the following : Workstation health and functionality . Server health and functionality . Firewall efficacy . All network links , including routers and switches between buildings . Data backup efficacy . Ability to service the following software solutions : Tyler Technologies CAD , QuickBooks , Harris Financials , REJIS , CUSI , CODY Systems , 3CX , WatchGuard , and maintain CJIS compliance . Ability to service the following hardware solutions : Synology , Peplink , UniFi , Supermicro , and Yealink . Ability to provide the following license types : Server backup licenses . Off - site backup solution for Synology NAS . Security Awareness Training . MDR AV . 2FA integration for all applicable platforms . Email filtering . Roaming content filtering services . Privileged Access Management . ITDR for Microsoft 365 . Maintaining updates for all hardware including , but not limited to , workstations , servers , phones , cameras , firewall , and network devices . Immediate on - site or support center availability from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM Monday - Friday , including after - hours , weekends , holidays , or overtime , as necessary . Availability of the following additional staff : Certified Phone Engineer Certified A / V Specialist Certified Cabling Installer |
