Dear Sir/Madame, The World Trade Organization (WTO) is currently undertaking a project for the provision of insurance against catastrophic claims for the period of 12 March to 31 March 2026 in relation to the 14th Ministerial Conference in Yaoundé, Cameroon from 26 March 2026 to 29 March 2026, for the Pension plan and Medical Plan of the WTO. (Ref. ITB -2025-163-MC14 ) The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit well-established firms interested in providing such services. In order to participate to our procurement exercises, you are requested to register in the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) website. The system provides registered companies with secure access to information enabling them to participate in WTO tenders such as Expression of Interest (EOI), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Invitation to Bid (ITB) and Request for Proposal (RFP). Procedures on how to register are available on the UNGM website under the FAQs tab. For your ease of reference, please find attached the instructions on how to register in the UNGM and how to access WTO tenders.
