Scope of Work – Pool Patio Cover Addition : Project Location : Milton City Park & PreserveProject Address : 1785 Dinsmore Road , Milton , GA 30004Requested Completion Date : April 10 , 2026Overview : The City of Milton is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the construction of a pool awning at the Milton City Park & Preserve ’ s municipal pool . The Contractor shall furnish all labor , materials , equipment , and supervision necessary to construct a new pool patio cover attached to the right side of the existing clubhouse . All work shall comply with the provided structurally engineered drawings and specifications , applicable codes , and City of Milton standards . Structural plans are provided in Appendix A of this Invitation to Bid . All qualified bids will receive consideration without regard to age , handicap , religion , creed or belief , political affiliation , race , color , sex , or national origin . The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid / proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities , and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton .
