The City of Milton Public Works Department , ( City ), requests that interested parties submit formal sealed bids for the FY26 Asphalt Reconstruction & Resurfacing Project . The scope of this project generally consists of the resurfacing and reconstruction of the listed streets / roadways within the City of Milton . The contractor that will be doing the Full Depth Reclamation ( FDR ) and Asphalt Paving , if different , shall submit references showing that they have successfully completed 30 miles and 10 full depth reclamation projects on higher volume roads ( not residential streets ) in the state of Georgia in the last 5 years . The asphalt paving contractor references shall show asphalt paving over full depth reclamation . To bid on this contract , the Contractor must be listed on the current Georgia Department of TransportationPre - Qualified Contractorslist . No exceptions . All qualified bids will receive consideration without regard to age , handicap , religion , creed or belief , political affiliation , race , color , sex , or national origin . The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid / proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities , and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton .
