Description | Sealed bids will be accepted until 2 : 00 PM , Tuesday , February 10th , 2026 to provide the City of Midland with pricing for replacement of approximately 2 , 940 linear feet of existing storm sewer , road reconstruction , and curb and gutter replacement along Plumtree Lane west of Dublin Avenue , per the attached specifications and standard instructions . Technical questions shall be directed to Ryan Putt , City of Midland Utilities Project Manager at rputt @ midland - mi . org . All questions must be submitted by 5 : 00 pm , Monday January 26th , 2026 . This project is ARPA funded through a grant administered by the Department of Environment , Great Lakes , and Energy ( EGLE ). Therefore , all contractors are required to comply with American Iron and Steel and Davis - Bacon wage requirements . See more |
