Dear Bidders, The World Health Organization (WHO) hereby invites prospective bidders to submit a bid in accordance with the WHO General Terms and Conditions and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). To enable you to submit a bid, please read the following attached documents carefully. If you are interested in submitting a proposal in response to this ITB: 1. Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by completing and returning the Letter of Intent in Annex A, indicating your intention to submit a bid or not, no later than Monday, June 22, 2026 2. Please submit any requests for clarification no later than Tuesday, June 23, 2026 3. Please prepare your proposal in accordance with the requirements and procedures outlined in this ITB and submit it no later than Sunday, June 28, 2026.
