Requirement The City of Ottawa , hereinafter referred to as the City , is seeking proposal submissions to secure leak detection technology that will allow the Infrastructure and Water Services Department ( IWSD ) to proactively monitor and manage the water distribution system using Internet of Things ( IoT ) sensors , combined with Artificial Intelligence ( AI ) and Machine Learning ( ML ) technology to analyze data collected by the sensors to identify leaks within the system as described in the Terms of Reference attached as Annex “ A ” – Terms of Reference .
