Geological Survey ( USGS ) is issuing this source sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for the potential need for maintenance support services for a 1290 Liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometer ( LC - MS / MS ) and a 1260 High performance Liquid Chromatography ( HPLC ) instruments to ensure functionality of equipment , and to maintain the integrity of data collected . Technical Requirements shall include the following but not limited to : 1 ) Experience in servicing the LC - MS / MS and HPLC2 ) Authorized Reseller Agreement4 ) All factory only recommended parts5 ) Factory software updates6 ) On - site hardware troubleshooting and repair with standard response time of 2 to 3 daysThe result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement .
