The Lee County Healthcare Center (LCHCC), 2489 Diplomat Parkway East, Cape Coral, FL 33909, has a requirement for HVAC butterfly valve replacement services at the Lee County Health Care Clinic (LCHCC). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, with a $19.0 million size standard. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The solicitation will be available exclusively through SAM.gov.
