This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center (VAACC) which includes Main Building, Energy Center, Engineering Building, and Parking Garage.
