Description | NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Requirement: Terumo Cardiovascular System Agy/Dept: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Location: San Francisco VA Medical Center Notice Details: The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with [Insert Vendor Name] under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This requirement is under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. It is a notice of the government's intent to execute a non-competitive action. However, any responsible source that believes it can satisfy this requirement may submit a capability statement. Submission Instructions: Interested firms must submit a capability statement via email to [Insert Your Email] no later than September 4, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST.
