The justification for this non-competitive solicitation is due to Vision RT Inc, being the sole supplier of requested service to the VA Hospital and Health Care Center. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811210 Electronic And Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with $34.0 million. The Sole source service is: Comprehensive Service and Support Plan to includes Remote Service and Support, Field Service Support, Clinical Applications Support, Marketing, Software updates, System connects for Hospital Network to SolarWind, Sophos and CRM. Market research has determined that this product is highly specialized and only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost and no other type of supply will satisfy agency requirements.
