Description | This is a request for bid to lease purchase finance essential use equipment . The total principal amount of this lease purchase financing is not to exceed $ 2 , 109 , 677 . 40 . Costs of issuance may be included in funded amount . The terms of the transaction are five ( 5 ) and seven ( 7 ) years with annual payments . Schedule 1 first payment is due at closing . The balance of the annual payments , including Schedule 2 , will commence August 15 , 2026 . Anticipated closing will be on or about February 18 , 2026 , with funding to an escrow account . Final delivery and acceptance of all equipment is anticipated before August 31 , 2026 . Escrow should remain open until all equipment is accepted |
