Description | The City of Medford Department of Parks , Recreation & Facilities is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to demolish the Jackson Park Municipal Pool located at 815 Summit Avenue in Medford . The project includes removal of the outdoor swimming pool , diving pool , childrens ’ wading pool , the concrete decking that surrounds the pools , the detached 500 SF restroom building west of the pool , and miscellaneous site and utility features associated with pool operations . The 2 , 500 SF Jackson Aquatic Building is to be protected and is not slated for demolition ; however , removal of unnecessary furnishings and utilities within the building is included in the scope of work .
