Description | The goal of the JBBS Program is to provide appropriate behavioral health services to inmates while supporting continuity of care within the community after release from incarceration . This approach shall result in greater treatment engagement in the community and decreased recidivism through better identification and treatment of behavioral health needs . If a client remains engaged in treatment post - release , JBBS may continue to provide support through the contractor ’ s recovery support services section of their budget , for up to 12 months |
