Description | Furnishing all labor , material , and equipment , and performing all work required for constructing the improvements to the intersection of Janet Drive and E . Beebe Capps Expressway . The project consists of installing a new traffic signal and improving the intersection of Janet Drive and E . Beebe Capps Expressway . The project will be constructed in a variable width right of way and permanent drainage easement . The improvements consist primarily of reconstructing and widening the existing radius including , but not limited to grading , crushed stone base course , ACHM paving , curb & gutter , drainage structures , and other miscellaneous items . |
