Description | The buildings consist of approximately 15 , 770 sq . ft . of cleanable space . See Attachment A - floor plans for Hardware Surface , Restrooms , and Carpet . All items on the vendor checklist will be applicable to this RFP . All services shall be performed two ( 2 ) times a week after regular working hours ( 5 : 30PM CST ) on regular business days . Preferred days are Tuesday and Friday . I . General - Private Offices , Lobbies , Halls , Stairways , Conference Rooms , Lounge , etc . Tuesday Friday 1 . Empty wastebaskets into outside trash dumpster . 2 . Dust all furniture , desks , chairs , office machines , etc . 3 . Spot clean desk , table and counter tops . 4 . Clean and sanitize drinking fountains . 5 . Shake out floor mats and vacuum rugs . 6 . Spot clean lobby and entrance glass , all interior glass ( partitions and doors ). |
