SCOPE OF WORK 1 . Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection ( CAL FIRE ) Janitorial Services , as described herein : Contractor shall provide all materials , labor , equipment , tools , permits , taxes , transportation , and fees to conduct Janitorial Services at the Tuolumne - Calaveras Unit ( TCU ) Headquarters building . 2 . The Agreement may be amended to increase services at the rate ( s ) specified in Attachment 1 , Rate Sheet . 3 . Subcontracting is not permitted under this Agreement . All references to subcontracting or Subcontractors as found herein are not applicable to this Agreement . 4 . The services shall be performed at TCU Headquarters located at 785 Mountain Ranch Road , San Andreas , CA 95249 . 5 . Any reference to CAL FIRE Project Representative shall also include their designee . 6 . This Agreement will commence on February 28 , 2026 , or upon approval by the California Department of General Services ( DGS ), whichever is later . This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by CAL FIRE . Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by CAL FIRE Project Representative . This Agreement shall expire on January 31 , 2029 . The services shall be provided during normal working hours , Monday through Friday , 8 : 00 a . m . to 5 : 00 p . m ., except State holidays . Actual work schedule and frequency will be coordinated by the CAL FIRE Project Representative . The parties may amend this Agreement as permitted by law . 7 . Service Areas Services shall be provided for the following areas : A . Two ( 2 ) main buildings totaling approximately 5 , 704 square feet ( sqft ). B . One ( 1 ) satellite office of approximately 150 sqft , with two ( 2 ) restrooms . C . One ( 1 ) newly added Finance Building approximately 900 sqft consisting of : 1 ) One ( 1 ) open office area 2 ) Four ( 4 ) private offices 3 ) One ( 1 ) restroom 9 . Service Frequency A . Weekly Service Contract shall provide the following services one ( 1 ) time a week : 1 ) Offices , breakrooms , open areas , work and storage areas : a ) Empty all wastebaskets , replace liners , and deposit trash in dumpster b ) Empty Shred bins c ) Mop all floors d ) Check for and remove scuff marks from floors and walls e ) Dust all furniture , baseboards , chair rails , windowsills , filing cabinets , and reachable vents f ) Clean glass surfaces ( interior side of windows , partitions , door panels ) g ) Clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces ( e . g ., door handles , light switches ) 2 ) Restrooms a ) Empty all wastebaskets , replace liner , and deposit trash in dumpster b ) Mop floors with a germicide c ) Clean restroom fixtures , chrome fittings , and mirrors d ) Clean and sanitize toilets , urinals , sinks , and showers e ) Refill dispensers : toilet paper , paper towels , hand soap , and hand sanitizer
