Description | Clean and maintain the cleanliness of the Maryland State Highway . Work is to be performed on Monday , Wednesday , and Friday , consisting of a four - hour shift between the hours of 7 : 00 a . m . and 2 : 30 p . m ., unless preapproved by MDOT / SHA . In the event a state holiday falls on a workday , MDOT / SHA will work with the Contractor to flex their normally scheduled workday to another day . Regularly , there will be three four - hour shifts of cleaning per week . If less than twelve hours / three days of cleaning are completed , there will be a prorated deduction . |
