Facility includes : 9 offices , 1 conference room , 1 lobby , 1 mail room , 2 restrooms , 1 breakroom / kitchenette (“ Facility ”). The Board will provide cleaning supplies and equipment . Contractor will provide labor . 1 ) Service Overview Contractor shall provide routine janitorial and cleaning services to maintain a clean , sanitary , and professional office environment . Services shall be performed after business hours unless otherwise directed . 2 ) Service Frequencies Contractor shall propose pricing for two service options : Option A — Daily Visits • 5 visits / week ( Monday – Friday ), or as agreed . Option B — Every Other Day Visits ( 3x / Week ) • 3 visits / week on agreed days ( e . g ., Mon / Wed / Fri or Tue / Thu / Sat ). The task list below applies to both options ; frequency changes affect which tasks are performed each visit vs . grouped by visit day . 3 ) Areas Included • Lobby / reception • Conference room • Mail room • Breakroom / kitchenette • Hallways / common areas • Restrooms ( 2 ) • 9 offices
