Fabricate a raft style pipe frame that is 1¼ ” Schedule 40 pipe in 6061 T5 aluminum . The specifications shall include the following : 23 ” x30 ” deck with built in rope storage pockets . 6 ” weld aluminum cleat . 7 ” step inside the boat . Two sockets for removable hand grab holds . One Bow light bracket . An Aft Tork cross bar . Driver seat station . One aluminum fabricated 10 - gallon fuel tank with seat bracket built on front with two pipe hold down bars . Two welded eye on Aft end of the 1¼ ” Schedule 40 pipe in 6061 T5 aluminum frame . Install the Mercury 60 / 40 outboard motor with tiller . All pipe frames and parts to be painted powder coated black . Install two swivel seats Install Rule 1100 GPH bilge pump with switch Wire and install two pod lights and one light bar . Fabricate two start batteries with a switch box with lid , straps , and zip ties . Include all hardware brass fittings . The following items will be supplied by Marion County Sheriff ’ s Office and to be installed by Awarded Contractor : Stryker PRO 470 15 ’ 4 ” inflatable boat . Lights . Mercury 60 / 40 Outboard Jet motor . All other items are to be supplied and installed by Awarded Contractor .
