The Department is seeking qualified applicants to design and deliver structured vocational and career development programs for youth in the detention facility . Each program must provide handson training , job readiness skills , and industry - recognized certification upon completion . Applicants / Vendors are expected to : General Responsibilities • Develop and implement a curriculum aligned with industry standards for each trade . • Provide qualified instructors with relevant certifications and experience . • Deliver training sessions on - site at the facility in coordination with staff . • Incorporate job readiness components ( resume writing , interviewing , budgeting , and career planning ). • Issue certificates upon successful completion of the program . • Document graduates ’ success or non - success at obtaining a job , internship , or further training within 6 months of program completion . • Ensure compliance with all facility security and operational protocols .
