Joes Creek Industrial Park Master Plan

<p style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 107%;">The Housing and Community Development Department is seeking proposals to prepare a Master Plan</span> within ten (10) months of issuance of the award for the Joe&rsquo;s Creek Industrial Park and surrounding area (Master Plan) as defined in the attached Joe's Creek Industrial Park within the Lealman CRA Map.&nbsp; The Master Plan should include but is not limited to:<ol><li>Evaluation of real estate/market conditions and potential.</li><li>Assessment of infrastructure, public facility impacts, and future potential infrastructure needs.</li><li>Comprehensive Plan recommendations, including Goals, Objectives, Policies, and Strategies.</li><li>Land use recommendations and required submittal information for changes to the County&rsquo;s Future Land Use Map (FLUM) and the Countywide Plan Map, including those required for change to a Targeted Employment Center (TEC) &ndash; Local designation, as well as a potential Activity Center or Planned Redevelopment District category designation.</li><li>Zoning change recommendations to the County&rsquo;s Zoning Atlas</li><li>Master Plan Vision Map</li></ol><p style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt;">Tasks in support of the Master Plan should include:<ol><li>Targeted public and stakeholder engagement activities, including Industrial Park business owners.</li><li>Project updates to the Lealman Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC).</li><li>Coordinate with other departments and agencies, as needed, including but not limited to economic development, public works, building and development review services, communications, Southwest Florida Water Management District, and Florida Department of Transportation.</li></ol>
