Description | This project entails the seismic upgrade of existing gymnasium and part of the cafeteria of JW ES . Scope includes installation of seismic joint ( s ) at the roof to separate the gymnasium building from the main building structurally . Demo of the gym roof for seismic work . Demo and roof patch at the low roof for installation of seismic expansion joint . Safe off , remove , relocate and reinstall of MEP will be required for structural work to commence . Finishes include patch back of assemblies that are disturbed from select demo and structural work . |
