Kansas Avenue, Olathe, Kansas 66061.  Bidders will be escorted into the facility, and all general contraband must be secured in the lockers provided prior to entry.  Late arrivals will not be permitted.  The meeting is expected to last approximately 90 minutes and will include access to all relevant areas.Representation is required by General Contractors/Prime Contractors to be eligible to submit a bid.Technical questions and requests for clarification shall be submitted via IonWave no later than5:00PM CT on June 25, 2026, to allow adequate time to issue an addendum, if needed.Bidders shall submit the following with their bid:Bid Bond:Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid.
