Freedom Hall is a full - service dining facility to include carry - out service . The In - Flight Kitchen provides boxed meals for passengers and crews in support of flying missions on a 24 - hour basis and to customers requesting them in support of ground operations . The 89 Airlift Wing ( 1st Airlift Squadron and 99th Airlift Squadron ) at Joint Base Andrews ( JBA ) full - culinary service for Distinguished Visitors ( DV ) operations consists of : ( 1 ) main Flight Kitchen , Building 1658 ; ( 2 ) Executive Flight Kitchen Services ; and ( 3 ) Brigade Kitchen support services featuring a cross - trained kitchen staff . This program provides full culinary expertise to assist , train , and advise Flight Attendants to meet the nutritional needs and culinary demands of DV ’ s . Building 1658 Flight Kitchen is a full - service kitchen preparation to support flight services . The Flight Kitchen provides top tier culinary for passengers and crews in support of flying missions .
