A . Preparation of meeting agendas , materials , summaries , and action item tracking for the User Group and Steering Committee , as directed . B . Development and maintenance of a statewide issue and risk tracking process to monitor implementation matters , shared initiatives , and potential escalation items . C . Monitoring and synthesizing information related to Journal Technologies implementation schedules across participating courts and identifying issues appropriate for Steering Committee consideration . D . Supporting the preparation of materials for Steering Committee review of statewide issues , enhancements , and funding requests . E . Facilitating communication among participating courts to support collaboration , shared learning / problem - solving , and identification of opportunities for statewide alignment . F . Providing regular updates to the Steering Committee Chair and User Group Chair , including participation in monthly coordination meetings . G . The Project Manager will operate in a neutral capacity and support priorities established by the eCourt Steering Committee consistent with the MOU .
