The Work for this project generally includes but is not limited to • Replace existing oil - fired boilers and burners with new . Work shall include the connection to existing breeching , hydronic piping , and fuel piping with modifications provided as needed for connections to new equipment . • Install boiler and burner controls and related trim as required and as indicated in the manufacturer ’ s burner installation and operation manual for a complete and operational system . • Provide all electrical work necessary for the replacement of the burners and boiler controls . Utilize project specific Powerflame shop drawings and wiring diagrams for field low voltage and line voltage installation requirements . All work necessary for a fully operational burner / boiler system included hereunder . • Contractor shall provide factory trained and certified burner technician to conduct the start - up , testing , and commissioning of the burners including tuning of the modulation controls and verification of proper boiler and burner operation . field reports required . • Provide testing and balancing of boiler flow equipment
