This is a notice for the completion of a Justification and Approval for a bridge requirement for Drayage Services for performance in Germany. NOTE: SAM.gov has not been updated to reflect current regulation prescriptions in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). The proper authority is Title 41 United States Code (U.S.C.) §1901(e)(2) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.102(b) (restricting competition) under the authority of Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This authority applies to the acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services valued at up to $9 million where limiting competition is justified. Accordingly, the justification for limiting competition was prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.102(b) (restricting competition) and 12.201-1 (simplified procedures).
