Description | This notice posts the Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with FAR 6.305. The justification supports the award of an emergency contract for the demolition of multiple critically unstable and underutilized buildings located within the secure St. Elizabeths West Campus in Washington, DC.
