<p style="text-align: justify;">This Request for Proposal (RFP) provides the information necessary to prepare a Proposal to the Sacramento County Probation Department (Probation). &nbsp;Probation intends to establish an annual contract(s) for the services described in this RFP.&nbsp; Probation is not required to procure all services from any particular vendor and does not guarantee a minimum quantity of services. &nbsp;Probation may choose to award to multiple vendors and require vendors to collaborate and coordinate with each other to meet department requirements.<p style="text-align: justify;">The contract(s) resulting from this RFP shall be for an initial three-year period, commencing with execution of the contract by Probation. &nbsp;For reasons of economy and efficiency, Probation reserves the right to extend contract(s) two additional one-year periods, for a total of five years, upon mutual agreement. &nbsp;Should a contract be awarded as a result of this RFP, continuance of such a contract for the full period specified shall be contingent upon the satisfactory performance of the vendor. &nbsp;Continuing or un-rectifiable performance deficiencies may be cause for Probation to cancel any balance of contract.<p style="text-align: justify;">Rates quoted are firm for the initial three-year period. &nbsp;Thereafter, price increases are negotiable based on cost of living adjustment (COLA) and/or Consumer Price Index (CPI) and must be acceptable to Probation.
