Description | The vendor shall provide the following insurance at its sole cost and expense : A . Workers ' Compensation Insurance : As required by law , proof of which shall be provided at the time of the vendor execution of the contract , The vendor shall deliver to Central Bucks School District a certificate ( s ) of insurance certifying that they have obtained full Worker ' s Compensation and Employer ' s Liability Insurance coverage for all persons whom they employ or may employ during the course of the contract . Such coverage shall be maintained for the duration of the contract and the warranty period and shall meet the most current requirements . The vendor ’ s insurance carriers must have an AM Best rating of A -/ VIII or better . Policies must not be cancelled or non - renewed without 30 days written notice to the district . |
