AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by April 17, 2024 by 2:00PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Environment and Climate Change Canada requires the services of an architectural firm, acting as the prime consultant with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants for the delivery of BCR Validation, Options Analysis and Master Planning services required for this project. The goal of the project is creating a Master Plan which will evaluate numerous aspects of the work carried out by the Meteorological Services of Canada in Eureka in all the existing building locations, outside instrumentation sites in Eureka, any other outdoor storage facility but not limited all 9 buildings & miscellaneous structures, drum fuel storage facility, incinerator facility, various storage spaces and solid waste sites, airport runway.).
