Description | This project involves the removal and replacement of collapsed drain lines connected to the cafeteria grease trap system at Kahakai Elementary School . Work includes saw - cutting and removing sections of the concrete floor to access damaged piping , installation of new Schedule 40 PVC drain lines at proper slope per DOH and UPC standards , reconnection to the existing grease trap , backfilling , compacting , and re - pouring of concrete to restore the area . Contractor shall ensure all lines are cleaned , tested , and fully operational prior to final acceptance . Temporary work may be performed to relieve blockage until full replacement is complete . |
