Kannuksen seurakuntatalo peruskorjataan. Talossa on sattunut vesivahinko 2024. Rakennuksen sisäpuoliset purku- ja kuivaustyöt on tehty vahinkoalueella. Peruskorjauksen yhteydessä rakennukseen tehdään myös toiminnallisia muutoksia, mitkä edellyttävät lisäpurkutöitä. Rakennuksen talotekniikka uusitaan suurelta osin.
