Description | The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium ( ANTHC ), Department of Environmental Health and Engineering ( DEHE ), is assisting the Native Village of Karluk ( Owner ) with planning , design , and construction efforts for Water Treatment Upgrades . As part of this project ANTHC is soliciting quotes to deliver non - frost susceptible ( NFS ) Gravel Material to Karluk , AK and stockpile at the location identified . This solicitation requires the Contractor to produce aggregate needed to complete the Water Treatment Plant bedding and Water Storage Tank pad . The Contractor shall furnish all labor , materials , equipment , tools , services , testing , and incidentals to complete all Work required by the selected Specification sections and shall have experience with aggregate projects . |
