Description
Description | The City of Kellogg ( Owner ) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project : Kellogg Sustainable Stormwater Improvements – Phase 3 . The Project includes the following Work : Work will occur at up to five ( 5 ) locations across the city . Two inlets on Helen and O ' Connor Streets will be improved along with their associated swales , which will be re - sized to improve stormwater treatment . CDS structures will be installed to replace aging manholes at the intersection of Brown and Oregon Streets and on Chestnut Street between Brown and Cameron . A third CDS structure will be installed at Chestnut and Mission where no access previously existed . The project is located in the Bunker Hill Superfund Site . Subsurface soils are known to be contaminated by heavy metals that are associated with historic mining wastes . |
