Description | The Kennesaw Campus Gateway Project includes construction of Phase 1 , which encompasses soils remediation for the impacted area , necessary infrastructure rework , irrigation , regrading , site walls , construction of the new monument sign , pedestrian and hardscape improvements , site lighting , landscape enhancements , and utility coordination . A detailed Phase 1 scope , along with identified alternates , will be provided to bidders . The selected General Contractor will provide a lump sum bid and add alternates based on the issued Design - Bid - Build bid set and , upon award , will be responsible for full execution of the work . Responsibilities include coordination of subcontractors , site logistics , schedule management , quality control , adherence to the defined phasing plan , and maintaining safe vehicular and pedestrian access throughout construction . |
