Description

Description

This plan will include three distinct , yet interconnected components : 1 . Succession Planning – Identifying and preparing future leaders to ensure organizational sustainability . 2 . Training Plans – Providing clear , consistent , and division - specific training strategies and plans for staff to succeed in their current roles . 3 . Development Plans – Creating division - specific and department - wide strategies to support growth , advancement and cross - divisional learning for future opportunities . These three components are intended to function as an integrated system , not independent efforts . In particular , succession planning and staff development must be directly connected , ensuring that development opportunities are intentionally aligned with identified succession needs . The Consultant shall design a framework where development pathways support readiness for key roles , rather than operating as standalone or generalized professional growth efforts . The intent of this project is to establish a clear and practical framework , not to fully operationalize or build all program components .
