Line CL Description Quantity UOM Unit Cost Line Total or Contract Amnt 1 KHP SPONSORSHIP - PAVILION NAMING RIGHTS Extended Description About the Pavilion Sponsorship Located throughout the grounds of the Kentucky Horse Park are pavilion structures consisting of a roof , supported by wood posts , on a concrete floor . These outdoor pavilions provide shade , shelter and additional seating for guests / competitors as an added amenity for their experience while visiting the Kentucky Horse Park , or when competing in an equestrian event . Highly visible throughout the park , sponsoring the pavilions gives the respondent branding exposure for sponsoring this appreciated amenity . 1 . The name of the Pavilion ( s ) which is proposed by the successful Respondent and approved by the Kentucky Horse Park Commission will be the exclusive name of the facility in all official facility references during the term of the agreement . The Respondent shall clearly outline in its response to the Kentucky Horse Park the naming rights fee will pay with cash . 2 . The following benefits that will be made to the successful Respondent : a . Marketing i . Sponsor identification in sponsor references made by the Kentucky Horse Park as a sponsor . ii . A minimum of one sign on pavilion with Pavilion Name “ ___________ Pavilion ”, provided by KHP . iii . KHP will recognize sponsor on KHP website , with a live link to the Respondent ’ s website . iv . Logo in rotation on digital signage at KHP entrance . v . Logo in rotation in Visitor Center on video boards vi . Ability to place a brochure in the Visitor Center . vii . KHP post a minimum of one ( 1 ) social post annually on Facebook and Instagram .
