The expansion is primarily to accommodate Senior Center needs in the building while the renovations are largely Community Center upgrades.This project is funded, in whole or in part, by federal funds from the U.S. Department of Housing &amp; Urban Development. Contractor/Subcontractor(s) will be responsible for meeting all requirements set forth by the federal funds including the requirements of this Bid Packet.Prevailing wage rates have been established for this Project and are set out in the Project Manual.
