The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following : 1 . Cedarwood Elementary School ( 2851 Palo Alto Ave , Clovis 93611 ): This Project consists the removal of two make - up air units serving an existing kitchen from an adjacent mechanical yard , and installation of one make - up air unit to balance the existing kitchen hoods and one package heat pump to condition the kitchen and ancillary spaces . All equipment is ground - mounted in the adjacent mechanical yard . Electrical and Structural scope is only included as it pertains to the installation of new HVAC equipment . 2 . Clovis West High School ( 1070 E . Teague Ave , Fresno 93720 ): This Project consists of the removal of one make - up air unit and the installation of one new make - up air unit to balance the existing kitchen hood and one package heat pump to condition the Snack Bar and ancillary spaces . Electrical and Structural scope is only included as it pertains to the installation of new HVAC equipment . 3 . Cole Elementary School ( 615 W . Stuart Ave , Clovis 93612 ): This Project consists of the relocation of one existing exhaust fan and the installation of one new package heat pump to condition the Kitchen and ancillary spaces .
