Description | The project includes the replacement of the existing makeup air unit , and associated accessories , associated supply and exhaust ductwork , and associated kitchen hoods . The new unit will be a gas - fired make - up air unit with DX piping to serve the kitchen . Unit will be installed on the roof . New hoods will be installed for the kitchen equipment with dedicated roof exhaust fans for each hood . The mechanical supply ductwork serving the kitchen will be modified . Also , this project will be adding a dishwasher to the kitchen with its own dedicated hood and associated exhaust fan . Plumbing will be modified for the new dishwasher to be installed . |
