The St . Tammany Parish Sheriff ' s Office is requesting sealed bids for the purchase ofKitchen Supplies . Contract is for one ( 1 ) year from date of award with the option of one ( 1 ) annual renewal . If the bid is renewed , the piggyback contract will also renew . STPSO intends to purchase ( 1 ) or more of the items listed on this bid within the duration of the contract . Bids must include the following items :* Certificate of Insurance * Signature sheetsigned by an authorized representative ( signature must be original and in ink . FAILURE to furnish required data may be considered as cause for REJECTION OF BID for being non responsive . Upon evaluation of bids received , bidders may be asked for a sample to verify that the item proposed meets solicitation requirements . Requested sample shall be at bidders expense . Bid prices shall include cost of delivery on items . Orders will be made on an " as needed " basis and NO Minimum Order will be accepted . If case and / or package size is not provided , it shall be understood that the price submitted adheres to specifications of requested item .
